Please note, for any skill or role, you must hold a valid CSCS, CPCS or NPORS certificate. Once we hire you, you will be employed on a casual basis on an hourly rate, paid at the end of each week. Before you apply, please view the list of skills we require for our clients. If you match any of these skills then we would love to hear from you.
We supply whole teams to the industry so you will be working alongside other members in the same site at one time. We run an equal rights and disciplinary policy so that your rights and the rights of others are protected in the workplace. We aim to ensure that all workers are happy and content with what they are doing, so we maintain an atmosphere of integrity and comradeship so the team can operate in a safe and friendly environment.
Professionals Required
Drainage workers
Are you skilled in digging trenches that adhere to building regulations and forming beds with pea shingle to provide stability for drainage and pipework? Are you trained to consider gradients for correct water and waste flow?
Shuttering carpenters
Do you specialize in creating formwork or shuttering, using temporary structures in the concrete pouring process?
CPCS / NPORS 360 machine operators
Have you successfully completed a course to operate and maintain a 360° Tracked Excavator safely? Do you have a CPCS or NPORS certificate?
CPCS / NPORS dumper & roller drivers
Can you operate a dumper or roller machine to a minimum standard? Are you able to fit and operate ancillary equipment, site the machine safely and efficiently Know which minor adjustments and routine servicing procedures are necessary? Do you have the certification?
Steelfixers
Are you experienced in fitting and securing the steel bars and mesh used to make reinforcements for concrete buildings and structures?
Kerb & slab layers
Have you worked in the area of kerb and slab laying in a construction site or a domestic driveway?
Block pavers
Are you an experienced block paver? Do you follow the necessary steps using the right depths, materials and techniques for drives, patios and walkways?
Gatemen/ welfare operatives
Can you think on your feet and also be reliable? Do you have a CSCS card? You could be based at an active construction site, in the cabins controlling access to and from the site. Are you okay with adhoc labour if required?
General labourers
Are you happy to lend a hand and be a general labourer? This is just as important as the other skills listed. You must display a good can-do attitude and be ready to do whatever you can and be fit and ready at all times.
